Returns and Exchange Policy
For Domestic Orders
We do not offer refunds on our products. However, we are happy to provide store credits or facilitate an exchange for a different product, subject to the conditions outlined below.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Timeframe: Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused and in good condition.
- Logistics Fee: A minimal reverse logistics fee of ₹199 applies for a reverse and forward shipping from our end.
- Processing: Exchange orders are dispatched after receipt and verification of the reverse shipment.
- One-Time Exchange: Returns or exchanges are applicable only once for the original order.
- Store Credit Adjustment: If the exchange product has a lower value then amount paid, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
- Easy Process: You can contact us directly along with the order details & get your exchanges processed sooner.

Skins Exchange Policy: Skins must be unused, untampered, and returned in their original condition.
Returns or exchanges for skins will follow stricter verification.
RETURNS POLICY:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused and in good condition.

Reverse Logistics Fee:
- Store Credit Option: ₹99 will be deducted from the product amount, and the credit will be processed after the product is return to our warehouse.
- Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Poor condition, Product Tampering or used product would voids eligibility for a refund or Giftcard / Store Credit.
- Freebies: All freebies must be returned with the product; otherwise, the cost of the freebies will be deducted from the refund.
- One-Time Return: Returns or exchanges are applicable only once for the original order.

- Black Friday Sale: For orders placed during sales, the discount will be adjusted based on the number of products returned.
- Payment Type: Pre-paid & COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, returns will be eligible for store credit only and not a refund to the original account.

Prepaid Partial COD orders, a nominal prepaid fee can be charged for some COD orders at checkout. In case the product is refused by the customer at the time of delivery and the order is returned to us, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation Policy for Pre-Paid Orders:
Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If a cancellation is requested after dispatch, a cancellation fee of ₹99 will be applicable, and the remaining amount will be issued to you in the form of store credit. - Note: Please be advised that any partially paid orders that are rejected by the customer are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE/WRONG/MISSING PRODUCT:
- Claims are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Resolution: A replacement of the purchase product or gift card will be issued (no refunds).
- Unboxing Video Required: Claims must include an unboxing video; queries without one will not be considered.
