Requirements for Claims:
- Unboxing Video: To process your claim efficiently, we require an unboxing video of your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot consider claims submitted without this documentation.
- Timeframe: Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How We'll Resolve It:
- We'll provide a replacement product for any defective, wrong, or missing items.
- If your desired replacement is currently out of stock, we'll issue Store Credit that you can use for future purchases.
- Contact Us: Simply reach out with your order details, and we'll take care of the rest.
Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, here's what you need to know:
General Exchange Guidelines:
- Timeframe: Exchanges for Cases and Mounts are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in excellent condition.
- Logistics Fee: A minimal fee of ₹99 applies to cover reverse and forward shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and verify your returned item at our warehouse, we'll dispatch your exchange promptly.
- One-Time Policy: Each order is eligible for one exchange or return only.
- Easy Process: Contact us directly with your order details, and we'll help you complete your exchange quickly.
Special Guidelines for Skins:
- No Standard Exchanges: Please note that skins are not eligible for standard exchanges.
- Application Error Assistance: If there's an error during application, we're happy to provide a replacement for a minimal logistics fee - Kindly contact our support team to process this.
- Return Condition: Skins must be unused, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Cancellation Policy
Pre-Paid Orders:
- Cancellations and refunds are available only if your order hasn't been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once dispatched, pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Important Note:
- Partially paid orders that are rejected at the time of delivery are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
